Someone to "Out" Kolya

Description:

Kolya is in hiding in Lore. Most of the Real World believes that Kolya died in the Mysterious Accident right before he disappeared and he's just not reported dead as a publicity stunt.
 
 In reality, Kolya is hiding from a very scary ex-girlfriend. Even in Lore, Kolya's existence and role on the council is a relative secret.
 
 I'm looking for someone who would "out" Kolya so his ex-girlfriend can find him.

Good question. One is doable, but maybe more than one would be ideal for Iolana to have a nice breadcrum trail.
